There is a convenient Rift portal in the Canal (at water level, just drop down into the water). Step 2- Enter the Rift and Unlock Pack-a-Punch Once you have 4 x Gateworms you can enter the Rift to find Pack-a-Punch. At the end of a Ritual a Gateworm item is dropped which you need to pickup.

Each Ritual item is used to start one of the four rituals, located in each of the four districts. Players have to collect the Summing Key and all of the other Ritual items, which are hidden in the map (see link below for exact locations).
